ABOUT
Starting with recycled paper, we will create images inspired by Nature through the art of collage.  While this workshop will be in the Wild Bear Eco Lounge our visions will come from the natural world.  

ARTIST BIOS
SALLY BRADY
Sally has been a Wild Bear Board Member since 2018. She grew up in Eastern Pennsylvania where she helped run the family business selling Photographic and Art Supplies. A degree in fine art, Sally has experimented with many different mediums, recently, using paper mache to create life-sized songbirds.

LESLIE ROTHMAN
I began my formal art education while in high school, and studied fine arts in New York and Philadelphia. During undergraduate school, I took my first photo and developed a love for photography. Moving to Nederland in 1991, nature provided the perfect subject matter for photographs. While photography is still a love of mine, photographic collage has provided me with a new, creative outlet. In 2017, after a very long hiatus from the world of fine arts, I began creating new works by deconstructing my original photographs and then reconstructing altered photographs to create these collages. Multiple copies of deconstructed photographs are printed, cut, and the pieces that will best express the uniqueness of the work are chosen to become part of the finished work.
